Banquet Menus

 Dear Special Guests,

             Thank you for your inquiry about our banquet facility.  We would be delighted to host your event.  Included with this letter is a sampling of our menus. 

             We serve our banquets a number of different ways.  First, we offer a buffet.  This is recommended for our larger groups.  We also offer “family style” consisting of large plates for each table your guests share from.  Lastly and our most formal service is the plated option.  Each guest will receive his or her own plated entrée.  We will need a guaranteed number of each entrée forty-eight hours in advance. 

             Please inform us of your menu choices and the number of guests attending one week prior to your event.  The total cost of food and service for your event will be based on the number of people you guarantee or the number that show for the event, whichever is higher.
